1. Digital Products
All digital downloads, including audio files, eBooks, or exclusive podcast materials, are non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience issues with your digital purchase (such as file corruption or broken links), please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can help resolve the issue.
2. Physical Merchandise
We accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items only.
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shop@theaudiomug.com with your order number, description, and photo of the issue.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

It must be returned in the original packaging.
Approved returns should be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.
Please contact us before returning the item to confirm availability and obtain return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
